Tonight at 18 h in the Ceremonial Hall of the Town Assembly a traditional cocktail will be held in the organization of the Secretariat for Culture, The Council of the Festival and the Head Office of FEST. On that occasion, the lots will be drawn with the names of five future members of the Commission for allocation of the funds by the Belgrade Town Assembly (out of thirty names that are in the “drum”) for the stimulation of the short film production, and for the first time, for the debutant feature films.

Film ROUGHLY EDITED LIFE, by Dragana Martinovic (72 min, that was not shown in the NATIONLAL PANORAMA 1 programme in the Youth Centre, from 13 i 30 yesterday, you can see on Sunday, 24.aprila in the Youth Centre in Belgrade within the programme block (NATIONAL PANORAMA 1) that starts at 14 h, providing that the author provides a technically correct copy in time.
